My TiVoŽ restarts when I view the System Information screen

This is a known problem that we are investigating and hope to resolve soon. It only occurs if your TiVoŽ account has not yet been activated. Once you activate your account the problem should go away. Until then, we suggest you refrain from viewing the System Information screen.

Activating your account is part of the setup process for the TiVoŽ media device. Once you have run it through the Guided Setup process, you have up to seven days to activate your account.
