IMPORTANT NOTE: 24 hours after you have activated and completed the guided set-up, your TiVo media device will automatically update your On Screen Guide and give you access to the CASPA On-Demand service. You will not be able to access CASPA On-Demand until this update is complete.

How am I charged for content purchased through CASPA On-Demand?
All purchases made through the CASPA On-Demand service are charged to the credit or debit card you registered when you set up your CASPA Wallet online. The Trading Currency is New Zealand Dollars only.

What is a CASPA Wallet?
A CASPA Wallet is a virtual account created as part of your My TiVo account registration process. It is linked to your credit or debit card so you can make content purchases through the CASPA On-Demand service on your TiVo media device.

How do I create a CASPA Wallet?
To create a CASPA Wallet, you must be over the age of 15, and you will be provided with a CASPA PIN to protect access to your CASPA Wallet and to certain content.
You can set up your CASPA Wallet during your first TiVo activation or from your My Account Dashboard; just click Register in the CASPA information box. Once you have read and agreed to the Terms of Use of the CASPA service, enter your credit/debit card details and create a memorable PIN. That's it!

How do I add funds to my CASPA Wallet?
You do not need to add funds to your CASPA Wallet when you create it.
You will be given the opportunity to add funds to your Wallet via CASPA on your TiVo the first time you wish to download pay per view content.
This is done by providing you with a number of top-up options at the time of download.
Note that your credit/debit card will not be debited unless you specifically request a top up via the CASPA interface.

How do I pay for content?
After you have selected pay-per-view content that you want to watch, the CASPA service will tell you your current Wallet balance and the price of the download, and give you an opportunity to confirm the transaction.
Once you have confirmed the transaction, the transaction amount will be deducted from your CASPA Wallet (not directly from your credit card).
When your balance decreases to a level below the price of the content you are trying to purchase, CASPA will give you options to further top-up your Wallet, with the selected top-up amount being deducted from your CASPA Wallet.

If I make a top up payment, when will the balance of my CASPA Wallet be updated?
Your Wallet will be updated immediately. However it may take up to five minutes for the new balance to be visible on your My Account site www.mytivo.co.nz/myaccount

What happens to my CASPA Wallet if I move to Australia?
Your CASPA Wallet will need to be refunded to you. Please contact TiVo Support to arrange a refund.

What if I want to cancel CASPA account?
Your CASPA Wallet will need to be refunded to you. Please contact TiVo Support to arrange a refund.
