How do I enable cookies on my browser?

My TiVo Account / Activation

Please open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options.

Select the Security tab, click the Internet globe and change the "Security level for this zone" slider to Medium-high or lower. Click Apply in the bottom right.

Select the Privacy tab and change the "Settings" slider to Medium High or lower. Once again click Apply in the bottom right corner.

Click OK.

Close all Internet Explorer windows and then reopen one and go to http://myaccount.mytivo.co.nz/, please try logging in again using your email and password.

If you are still having issues after this can you please try installing another web browser such as Mozilla Firefox.

Note: After you have logged in you can change your security settings back but you will need to reset them each time you want to log in.
