Currently renaming devices will not update the name of your TiVo on the TiVo device itself. This issue is being investigated and only affects those users with Home Networking Package, who have attempted to update their device name(s) this week.

<h3>Waikato - Freeview Updates</h3>
<hr />
<p>
Due to recent digital television broadcast frequency changes some customers in the Waikato area may be experiencing the loss of some of their Freeview channels.
</p>

<p>
To resolve this we recommend customers run a Repeat Guided Setup, to complete this go to:<br />
TiVo Central &gt; Messages &amp; Settings &gt; Restart or Reset System &gt; Repeat Guided Setup<br />
Follow the steps on screen and you will then be taken through the Guided Setup process which includes a channel scan, two TiVo Service calls and a full download of Electronic Program Guide Information

		<title><![CDATA[New TV33 Digital Channel - Channel 33]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>
Some TiVo customers in Auckland may not be automatically receiving the new channel TV33 (Channel 33).<br />
<br />
To resolve this issue please perform a channel rescan on your TiVo media device: Go to TiVo Central &gt; Messages &amp; Settings &gt; Settings &gt; Channels &gt; Channel Scan&gt; &#39;Delete Channels and Rescan&#39; and follow the prompts.<br />
<br />
When you have completed the scan, select &#39;Add All Channels&#39;, then go to the live Guide and you should see new channel 33 as "TV33". You will also need to reset any favourite channels you had set up before the rescan.<br />
<br />
Enjoy the new channel!<br />
